Safari ticket is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule once free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the safari time and alternative seats are available.
In the rare event of complete park closure due to force-majeure (heavy rain, government order, natural calamity) we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
