Welcome to our Ranthambore Safari Booking Service. These Terms & Conditions apply to all safari bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, transportation services and travel assistance provided by us. By accessing, browsing or making a booking through our website or support team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the terms mentioned below.
Safari bookings in Ranthambore National Park are managed strictly as per the rules and regulations of the Rajasthan Forest Department. Once a booking is confirmed, the ticket is non-cancellable; however, if the park is closed by the forest department due to force-majeure (heavy rain, government order, natural calamity), we will process a full refund within 7 days or offer a reschedule. The government automatically assigns Safari Zone, Vehicle Type (Jeep / Canter) and Seat Position. We do not control zone allotment and therefore no request for a specific safari zone or route will be entertained. Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, cannot be guaranteed as animals move freely in their natural habitat.
Visitors must carry the same original government ID proof used at the time of booking (Aadhaar, Voter Card, Driving License or Passport). Guests should report at the safari boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrival may lead to missing the safari; no refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Safari and tourism fees may change by the Forest Department; if revised after booking, the difference must be paid before the safari starts. We may cancel any booking if payment is incomplete.
Confirmed safari tickets are non-cancellable and non-transferable. Guests may reschedule once free of charge if they notify us at least 48 hours before the safari time and alternative seats are available. A full refund will be processed within 7 working days only when the entire park is closed by the forest department due to force-majeure (heavy rain, government order, natural calamity).
We act as a tour facilitator, not a government authority. All vehicles and guides are forest-department approved and carry valid insurance. Guests must follow park rules and instructions given by the guide/driver. Misbehaviour, loud noise, littering or attempting to feed animals is strictly prohibited.
Hotel policies vary by property. Any damage caused to hotel property or safari vehicle by guests will be charged directly. Early check-in and late check-out depend on hotel availability and may incur extra costs.
In case of disputes, the decision of our company will be considered final. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan courts only.
